GRUPO SINGULARIS declares it is a Mexican Variable Capital Corporation, with Federal Registry Taxpayer’s Code GSI0509229I6 and Mercantile Folio No. 342011.
PAYMENT: The payment will be made by an interbank electronic transference to the account you are given for the total cost of the course, in advance, on the day the course is hired.
GRUPO SINGULARIS will send an invoice via e-mail.
BEGINNING OF A GROUP COURSE: A group course is subject to the enrollment of at least THREE (3) students. To have the right to a group tariff, the participant accepts that the beginning of the course can be postponed up to SEVEN (7) days, in order to have the enrollment of three students. Notice of said modification will be sent via e-mail.
The student agrees to attend the classes on the days agreed upon.
ACCESS TO CLASSES: Once the payment has been made, enrollment to the course takes place, a group is specified, and a password is sent to the student.
RESCHEDULING CLASSES: In the event is impossible for a student to attend a class, he/she will let Grupo Singularis know by sending an e-mail to gruposingularis@prodigy.net.mx or coordinacionacademica@gruposingularis.com, at least 72 hours in advance, to be able to reschedule the corresponding class.
CANCELING A COURSE: In case the student decides not to continue with any course, whichever the reason; the student will be able to ask for the reimbursement of the amount for the classes that are nor taken as long as the student has sent a notice by e-mail referring to said cancelation.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Grupo Singularis will be able to provide technical assistance so that the student is able to use the multimedia resources available correctly.
FOLLOW-UP: Grupo Singularis pledges to:
1. Follow-up the individual performance of the student to guarantee the quality of its services. To achieve that, virtual classes will be recorded. The recordings will only be kept for two months, and they will not be available for the student.
2. Change the student to another group if the student or the teacher consider it necessary.
3. Issue progress reports at the end of each month or earlier if required.
UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS: Grupo Singularis will not be liable for the student not attending classes due to force majeure. In case of an accident or illness, the respective medical certification will be requested.
DURATION: These General Hiring Terms and Conditions can be subsequently modified. The version at www.gruposingularis.mx is applicable at present.
COMPLAINTS: Should there be any complaint, it must be sent by e-mail in the following fifteen (15) days the issue that is questioned occurred.
PRIVACY: The student’s personal information is confidential, and it will NOT be available to any external party.
ACCEPTING CONDITIONS: The student declares that he/she fully understands and ACCEPTS THE FOREGOING HIRING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
